VGP Park Nijmegen is part of Park15 Logistics, located in the heart of the Arnhem-Nijmegen region. The total development of this entire area comprises over 300,000 m² once completed.

Located at intersection North-South and East-West routes

VGP Park Nijmegen is one of the few locations in the middle-eastern part of the Netherlands where large-scale logistics and distribution centres can be developed and built. Located at the end of the A15 zone near the German border, VGP Park Nijmegen and the built-to-suit warehouse benefit from its location at the intersection of North-South and East-West routes such as the A15 (Maasvlakte – Nijmegen), A50 (Eindhoven – Arnhem) and A73 (Nijmegen – Venlo) motorways.

Near container terminal and future rail terminal

Park15 has all the ingredients to become a multimodal transport hub, as it already has a container terminal on the main branch of the river Waal (Rhine) and there are plans for a rail terminal on the Betuweroute, right next to the logistics park. This will provide a direct rail link to Rotterdam and the European hinterland.
