Patricia Miltenburg ‘Broker of the year’
Patricia Miltenburg, partner at De Lobel & Partners, received the Prologis Benelux Award No. 1 Broker 2017.
She received this Award for her dedication, creativity, enthusiasm and success. This resulted in a great deal of transactions within the Prologis portfolio in the past year. For example, she made an important contribution to the lease of approx. 30,000 sqm of warehouse space in Tilburg to Pantos and the lease of more than 75,000 sqm of warehouse space to an international retailer in Moerdijk and Oosterhout. We thank Prologis for the appreciation they express and the confidence in our organization for the future.
