Breda is the center of the West Brabant region and is strategically located between the ports of Rotterdam and Antwerp, but also directly between the airports of Schiphol and Brussels. This business-oriented city has 170,000 inhabitants and is known for its hospitality, well-trained employees and lively community. Close to city center and ring road Breda

The center and the ring road of Breda are a stone’s throw away. The site is perfectly located between the highways A59 (exit 31 Terheijden), A27 (exit 16 Breda-Noord) and A16 (exit 15 Breda).
