Léon de Lobel
After a few adventures, some of which abroad, Léon started his career in Real Estate in 1994. Over the past 23 years he has been active in various disciplines at DTZ Zadelhoff, now called Cushman&Wakefield. At the Breda office, he started out as an assistant real estate agent and climbed up to director. In 1997, he was sworn in as an appraiser. In his final years at DTZ, he worked at the Rotterdam office as the director of the agency offices department.
During his career, Léon worked on a range of real estate projects. He advised on office space development, represented tenants, and was a real estate agent for office buildings, business premises, retail properties and logistics complexes. Léon also has a strong track record in the field of residential investments and the supervision of transformation projects. All these different roles have made him accustomed to working with entrepreneurs, institutional and private investors, government agencies, the public sector and international corporates.
